Join our dynamic Client IT Delivery team within the Data, Digital, Analytics, Technology (DDAT) division as a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate technologies. You will play a pivotal role designing and delivering next-generation conversational AI experiences that provide accurate, context-aware health insurance information to members and providers via digital channels.

What You ll Do:

  • Architect, develop, and optimize rich conversational flows leveraging IBM WatsonX Orchestrate and AI capabilities.
