Summary: As an ODM Developer, you will join an Agile team focused on developing healthcare applications and implementing features while maintaining high coding standards. The role requires extensive experience in Java and ODM, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will also provide technical leadership and mentor team members in AI-assisted development workflows. A solid understanding of healthcare systems, particularly revenue cycle management, is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build healthcare applications and implement new features in an Agile environment.
- Guide effective use of agentic IDEs for complex, multi-module or cross-service changes.
- Establish review practices and quality checks for AI-generated code.
- Mentor team members on balancing autonomy, correctness, and maintainability in AI-assisted development.
- Design system architectures that support AI-augmented and agentic development workflows.
- Define guardrails, standards, and governance for the use of autonomous coding agents.
- Evaluate the impact of agentic IDEs on SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and technical debt.
- Supervise AI agents across multi-service systems and legacy modernization.
- Work with multi-location and offshore teams.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Engineering Degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc).
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
