Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support IBM InfoSphere MDM environments across development, testing, and production.
- Oversee system configuration, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability.
- Manage user access, security controls, and compliance with enterprise policies.
- Support data integration teams by ensuring stable APIs, batch processes, and data flows.
- Collaborate with data governance and business teams to enable stewardship workflows and data quality processes.
