Summary: Our client is looking for a mid-level HubSpot Specialist with over 5 years of HubSpot experience and strong technical skills to join their expanding digital team. The role involves supporting advanced platform strategies, CRM onboarding, and managing integrations and automations across multiple HubSpot Hubs. Candidates must be independent contractors and work from home, utilizing their own equipment and workspace. The position requires a proactive approach to CRM best practices and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients’ tech stacks and develop CRM onboarding and long-term success plans.
- Lead advisory for HubSpot solutions, operations, and multi-Hub implementations.
- Create workflows, automations, templates, and advanced HubSpot functionalities.
- Lead Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub implementation projects.
- Support large-scale HubSpot integrations and migration projects.
- Monitor client portals, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM data integrity through validation rules, cleansing, and migrations.
- Perform QA/testing for automations, integrations, and data systems.
- Document processes and standards in collaboration with the Digital Transformation team.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of HubSpot CRM experience across 2 or more Hubs.
- 2–4 years in technical pre-sales, SaaS, or solutions consulting (agency experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to break down complex technical issues into simple explanations.
- Strong understanding of pipelines, forecasting, and sales processes.
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing and sales lifecycle strategies.
- Knowledge of analytics, reporting, and campaign interpretation.
- Experience setting up systems for lead generation and qualification.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including Hubs (Sales, Service, CMS, Data/Operations).

- Strong understanding of CRM strategy, funnels, and lifecycle management.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with systems like Salesforce, Shopify, NetSuite, and QuickBooks.
- Data architecture experience: object associations, mapping, migration planning.
- Ability to lead system discovery, design HubSpot-centered solutions, and train users.
- Strong analytical and QA/testing skills.
