Summary: The Senior Tech Lead role focuses on managing production support and operations for Varicent ICM applications, ensuring system stability and enhancements. The position requires hands-on experience with the Varicent ICM tool and involves troubleshooting, incident management, and development of compensation plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production support for Varicent ICM applications.
- Monitor daily/monthly runs and ensure timely execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data, calculation, and payout issues.
- Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between source systems and Varicent outputs.
- Manage incident, problem, and change tickets (SLA-driven support).
- Support month-end activities, lock/unlock cycles, and validations.
