Summary: The Google Workspace admin role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert and technical engineer for enterprise collaboration tools, primarily Google Workspace and associated platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical engineer for the enterprise collaboration suite, including Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini), Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.
  • Lead the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and architecture of all core collaboration platforms to support a global workforce.
  • Design and execute global rollouts, configuration baselines, and change management processes for new and existing features and tools.
  • Implement, maintain, and enforce security controls and governance policies (DLP, data residency, conditional access, SSO/SAML, OAuth) in close collaboration with Information Security, Compliance, and Identity teams.

  • Strong experience with collaboration platforms (Smartsheet, Lucidchart)
