Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Google Cloud Authorized Trainer (GCP) English speaker. The trainer will deliver official Google Cloud Platform courses to technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring content is presented clearly, accurately, and in line with Google’s standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, configuring and testing lab environments, delivering live virtual or in-person sessions, and addressing participant questions in real time. The role also involves tailoring explanations to different skill levels, providing feedback and guidance to learners, and completing any required course reporting or post-training documentation. The trainer may collaborate with Go Courses and client teams to customize schedules, align content with business needs, and maintain up-to-date expertise on GCP services and best practices.

Qualifications Google Cloud Authorized Trainer ( Mandatory) Proven expertise with Google Cloud Platform services and architectures, with the ability to explain core GCP products (compute, storage, networking, data, security) in a clear, structured way Strong instructional and facilitation skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences, manage group dynamics, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible, practical examples. Comfort with remote training tools and platforms (e.g., virtual classrooms, conferencing, interactive whiteboards) and experience troubleshooting basic technical issues during live sessions. Solid practical experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, data engineering, or related technical roles, enabling the use of real-world scenarios and best practices in training. Relevant industry certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Engineer, or other GCP certifications; Google Cloud Authorized Trainer status is highly preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prepare thoroughly, meet agreed schedules, and deliver consistent training quality across multiple engagements. Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment while maintaining high professional standards and responsive communication with Go Courses and clients.
