Job Description and Qualifications:
Global Corporate Development resides within DTTL Operations, which is responsible for executing finance, technology, capital investment, and corporate development projects to chart the strategic direction of DTTL, its businesses, and member firms. Corporate Development is responsible for defining Client s global acquisition strategy and model to help execute our global growth ambitions. As a member of the DTTL Global Corporate Development team, the Senior Consultant / Manager will participate in all aspects of the M&A process, including the identification of targets, the execution of transactions and the planning and management of post-merger integration. The Senior Consultant/Manager will join the current team whose members come from some of the best global corporations, management consulting firms, investment banks and educational institutions.
Education (degree): Outstanding academic background: Undergraduate degree with analytical and quantitative focus
Years of Experience: At least 4 years experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm or within a strategic planning/corporate development function or investment bank. Pre-MBA candidates within a year of applying may be considered
Nonnegotiable Qualifications:
Financial modeling skills (Payback, IRR, and DCF calculations)
Knowledge of corporate development, strategy development, and competitive strategy
Critical thinking with the ability to execute on the details
