Key Responsibilities:

- Develop TypeScript services, Python APIs, and frontend applications using Angular or React.
- Bridge validated prototypes into production alongside engineering squads.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience with Python or Ruby.
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
- Fluency in RDBMS & SQL.

The Role
You will join a new innovation function that operates as the technical strikeforce for exploring emerging technologies, validating new product concepts and building rapid prototypes that influence long-term product direction. In this hands-on role, you will experiment, iterate quickly, and design proofs-of-concept that demonstrate what’s possible with modern engineering and AI. You will work autonomously, own initiatives end-to-end, and thrive in problem spaces that aren’t fully defined yet.
What They’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
- TypeScript or Javascript
- Python or Ruby
- Modern frontend framework expertise (React, Angular, or similar)
- RDBMS & SQL fluency
- ORM experience (e.g Prisma or similar)
- Strong full-stack engineering ability
- Ability to work in ambiguity and iterate rapidly
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed approach, comfortable operating without day-to-day oversight
What You’ll Work With
