Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transition/migration from ETS2 (ConcurGov) to Go.gov Travel & Expense application.
- Work with users to incorporate their requirements into Go.gov.
- Utilize technical analyst experience to assist with loading user profiles and organizational data.
- Manage ConcurGov admin tasks including org hierarchy, roles, routing, audit rules, and workflows.
- Interpret GSA/GO.gov transition guidance and align it with agency configuration and data needs.
- Design data export, transformation, and archival processes in compliance with records schedules.
- Ensure data transitioned to Go.gov is clean, searchable, and meets reporting needs.
- Assist program managers in developing migration plans and timelines.
- Oversee daily activities related to the data migration process, including status and costs.
- Report activities and issues to the client management team.
- Minimize and resolve problems to maintain approved timelines.
- Explain product features and benefits in relation to customer needs.
- Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues and collaborate with other departments.

Job Title: ETS II SAP Concur Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
The Concur Data Analyst will oversee the transition/migration from ETS2 (ConcurGov) to Go.gov Travel & Expense application. Previous experience/knowledge of ETS2 (ConcurGOV) or Concur Travel & Expense required. Experience with Go.gov is desirable.
Work with users to incorporate their requirements into Go.gov .

- ConcurGov admin experience (org hierarchy, roles, routing, audit rules, expense and authorization workflows).
- Ability to interpret GSA/GO.gov transition guidance and map it to the agency configuration and data needs.
- Data export, transformation, and archival design (e.g., from ConcurGov reports/feeds into agencyapproved archive or records system) in line with your records schedule.
Experience in archiving Concur data.
Perform data management duties by ensuring data transitioned to Go.gov is clean and in the correct format, searchable, and meets the client s needs for reports.
Assist program managers in developing plans and timelines for the migration process by working with all groups involved to provide realistic goals and timelines to meet budget targets.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities related to the data migration process, migration status, costs, and expenses.
Report activities and problems/solutions to the client management team.
Ensure problems are minimized and resolved in a timely manner to reduce impact on the approved timelines.
Understand and explain the features and benefits of the product line as it relates to customer needs.
Act as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed.
