Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Target Operating Model (TOM) requirements analysis for a large-scale cloud transformation programme
- Define enterprise-level hybrid and multicloud architectures across cloud and on-premise platforms
- Produce high-level architecture designs, component models, and technology roadmaps
- Provide architectural oversight across cloud, infrastructure, and platform domains
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with strategic objectives
Key Skills:
- Proven experience operating as an Enterprise Architect on complex transformation programmes
- Strong background designing hybrid and multicloud architectures
- Deep knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with cloud-native, serverless, and managed services
- Strong understanding of on-premises infrastructure (virtualisation, storage, networking)
- Knowledge of automation and configuration tools (eg Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Experience designing secure connectivity solutions (eg VPNs, Direct Connect, gateways)
- Recent experience working on UK public sector or government contracts
- 5 years UK residency required

Atrium EMEA are supporting a world-leading IT services contractor in their search for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a large-scale UK public sector/government cloud transformation programme. This role will lead architectural definition and Target Operating Model (TOM) design as part of a major move-to-cloud initiative.
