Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the adoption and rollout of SAFe across teams and programs.
- Define and implement Agile Release Trains (ARTs), value streams, and SAFe governance structures.
- Develop and execute the Agile transformation roadmap.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and leadership teams.
- Promote Agile mindset and principles across the organization.
- Facilitate and guide PI Planning events, ensuring alignment of business objectives, team commitments, and cross-team dependencies.
- Support backlog readiness and prioritization.
- Improve team performance by removing impediments, enhancing collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
- Introduce best practices in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile delivery.
- Establish Agile governance frameworks and track key metrics such as velocity and predictability.
- Ensure visibility of program progress to stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align Agile initiatives with business goals and drive cultural change.
- Conduct executive briefings and Agile maturity assessments.
- Promote DevOps practices and CI/CD adoption, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10 15+ years of experiencein Agile delivery and transformation.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred).
