Summary: Prolific is seeking an experienced Paid Media / Performance Marketing Freelancer based in the UK to enhance and optimize their paid media initiatives for research. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, LinkedIn Ads, Influ2, Meta, and other relevant placements.
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies for B2B, research, academic, AI, and commercial segments.
  • Manage campaign structure, bidding strategies, budgets, and creative testing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on messaging, positioning, and landing page optimisation.
  • Monitor performance daily and optimise for key metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Produce clear, actionable performance reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Conduct channel analysis to identify scale opportunities, inefficiencies, and new tests.
  • Recommend new paid channels, formats, or placements based on performance insights.
  • Ensure tracking, attribution, and measurement are set up correctly.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns for B2B products, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or platforms.

Prolific is looking for an immediately available, experienced Paid Media / Performance Marketing Freelancer in the UK ONLY to help us scale and optimize our paid media initiatives across Prolific for Research. This role will own hands-on execution across multiple paid channels while providing clear performance insights and recommendations. This is an execution-heavy role with strategic input—ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns end-to-end.
