Key Responsibilities:
- Refining and expanding website copy to improve clarity, consistency, and SEO performance
- Leading the development of launch communications for new SaaS product features
- Writing clear and user-friendly 'how-to' guides, FAQs, and in-platform help content
- Collaborating on internal and external marketing campaigns
- Drafting email marketing flows, onboarding journeys, and campaign sequences
- Creating engaging product videos and promotional assets
- Building and maintaining simple marketing performance reports, to help track engagement and identify areas for optimisation
- Supporting other tasks such as internal communications, slide decks, or campaign planning
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing – ideally within SaaS or fintech
- Proven experience across multiple marketing functions
- Ability to work fast, think creatively, and manage a growing backlog
- Comfortable creating strategic messaging and marketing assets
- Strong grasp of digital tools and data-driven decision making
- Enthusiastic team player who loves getting stuck in and making things happen
- Confident working with tools including Hubspot, Wordpress and Canva
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
