Summary: The role of DevSecOps Architect with OCI involves defining and implementing enterprise-wide DevSecOps strategies and designing secure platforms for multi-geography deployments. The architect will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines, integrating security into these processes, and leading automation efforts for infrastructure provisioning. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage offshore coordination and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement enterprise-wide DevSecOps strategies, standards, and maturity models.
- Design secure DevSecOps platforms for multi-geography deployments with latency optimization, data residency compliance, and high-availability orchestration.
- Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Maven build and scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl).
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning, and container scanning.
- Lead automation of infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Implement configuration management with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Automate security testing and validation tools for early detection of vulnerabilities.
- Champion a shift-left security mindset by embedding tools and processes into development workflows.
- Design, develop and maintain dependable, mission critical, enterprise-scale Cloud DevSecOps systems. Preferably in Oracle Cloud.
- Build and manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, EKS, OKE, etc.).
- Ensure best practices around cloud cost optimization, security, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Handle offshore coordination and deliverables.
