Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into dashboard solutions
- Analyze and validate BugTrack Excel datasets
- Build scalable Power BI data models (handling large datasets)
- Develop dashboards covering:
- Ticket volume (opened vs closed)
- Aging analysis
- Ticket categories, types, and priorities
- Facility-level insights
- AVATAR and EPMO metrics
- Implement:
- Filters, drill-downs, and role-based views
- Automated data refresh processes
- Data quality checks and validation rules
- Collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer
- Train internal SMEs for ongoing dashboard maintenance
