Summary: The Copilot Specialist/Trainer will engage in a 3-month contract role, working 2-3 days per week to assist clients in maximizing their use of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio. Responsibilities include delivering training, creating learning resources, and supporting AI adoption in workflows. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-focused training and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio training
- Support customers in adopting AI tools and improving digital skills
- Create engaging learning resources, including guides, videos, and prompt-engineering materials
- Help design and facilitate workshops and clinics to embed AI solutions into workflows
- Support customers in building and deploying Copilot Studio solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor for AI adoption and change management
Key Skills:
- Experience delivering engaging, user-focused training
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio
- Ability to translate complex tech and AI concepts into practical learning

You’ll deliver engaging training, create innovative learning resources, and support customers in building AI-powered solutions that transform everyday work.
