Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own the Enterprise Data Platform architecture using Microsoft Fabric and Azure
- Define and implement Bronze Silver Gold (Medallion) architecture
- Create scalable data models to support Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Analytics
- Define standards for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics layers
- Guide and review work of Data Engineers and BI Engineers
- Ensure data security, access controls (RBAC), and governance foundations
- Enable Power BI semantic models with consistent KPIs and metrics
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Establish foundational data quality, lineage, and metadata practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data architecture with reporting needs
- Support AI and advanced analytics readiness (future-proofing the platform)
- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and architecture discussions
- Provide documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer
