Summary: Vega is seeking a remote Utilization Management (UM) and Case Management (CM) Analyst with a background in UM & CM testing. The role involves collaboration with business, IT, and testing teams to manage business testing and ensure requirements traceability. Candidates should have prior experience in UM, CM, and project management, along with strong communication skills. Preference is given to candidates located on the East Coast to support relevant hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business, IT and end to end testing group in conducting and managing business testing
- Accountable for end to end requirements traceability
- Responsible for test remediation lifecycle
- Responsible for RAID and dependencies working closely with business, IT and testing teams
- Responsible for weekly project status
- Responsible for working closely with business readiness team
- Work closely with business readiness for Provider Onboarding
Key Skills:
- Prior experience with UM, CM, Clinical Operations
- Prior experience with any leading UM platform
- Prior experience with business testing
- Prior experience with project management

- Familiarity with CMS-0057 F requirements
