Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the Human Resources application to set up HR data.
- Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services for HR Modules, including Case Management and HR Administration.
- Ensure integration with external systems using REST and Web services.
- Work with HR functions, processes, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Utilize Flow Designer, Server Side scripting, and Client Side scripting in development tasks.
