Summary: The role of Certified Scrum Master focuses on leading the Technology Track within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation program. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Scrum Master who excels in complex transformation environments, collaborating with technical leads and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. This position is primarily remote, with occasional paid travel to Harrisburg, PA for key workshops and meetings. The contract length is 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for the Technology Track, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and project governance standards.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and proactively address delivery challenges.
- Maintain sprint metrics, velocity tracking, and transparent reporting to the PMO and program leadership.
- Partner with SAP technical leads, BASIS, security, integration, and data teams to coordinate technical deliverables.
- Support planning and execution of S/4 technical activities such as environment builds, transports, integrations, cutover readiness, and testing cycles.
- Ensure alignment between functional, technical, and infrastructure workstreams.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to keep dependencies visible and managed.
Key Skills:
