Summary: The role is for a 100% remote Automation Test Engineer/QA SDET with a focus on developing and executing automated tests for both UI and API. Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Development: Design, develop, and execute automated tests for both UI (using Playwright) and API.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Actively participate in code reviews (Pull Requests).
  • Collaboration & Analysis: Work with developers, business owners, and a QA lead to understand requirements, refine work items, and ensure technical accuracy.
  • CI/CD Integration: Build, maintain, and manage test automation within Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML).
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Handle tasks from requirement analysis and estimation through to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Manual Testing: Perform manual testing when necessary, demonstrating a strong understanding of test cases and edge cases.

  • Playwright: 3+ years of competent experience.
  • C# (or similar OOP language): 3+ years of strong experience.
