Summary: The Architect (Power Platform & .Net) role involves serving as a technical expert in designing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and oversee solutions built within the Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Suite for large corporate or government environments.
- Lead architectural planning and solution design leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
- Provide architectural direction and hands-on development guidance using .NET technologies C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and review PowerShell scripts to support automation, governance, and system reliability.
- Provide architectural expertise for Exchange Online, Intune, Azure AD, and related Azure services, ensuring alignment with security and performance best practices.
- Lead Microsoft 365 development and SharePoint Administration, including complex integrations, solution governance, and architectural standards.
- Architect and guide the development of Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs.
- Lead customization of SharePoint lists and integrations with disparate systems using PowerApps and M365 tools.
- Design and enforce governance around user permissions, data retention policies, and compliance configurations within the M365 ecosystem.
- Integrate modern capabilities using Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for Power Automate, and AI Builder, ensuring architectural standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and provide escalation support for complex issues across the full M365 cloud platform, including AvePoint Online Services.
- Communicate architectural concepts and technical designs clearly to leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Build, influence, and maintain strong relationships with business units to ensure architecture aligns with organizational objectives.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or architecting Microsoft 365 cloud environments in large corporate or government organizations.
- Advanced experience with the Microsoft Power Platform PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Strong .NET development expertise (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework).
- Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience designing and reviewing PowerShell scripts for automation.
- Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure environment.
