Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze realistic application security scenarios spanning code, APIs, and live system behavior
- Classify and assess vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, access control gaps, and business logic issues
- Evaluate the quality of secure coding practices and proposed remediation strategies
- Build and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI how to think like an expert analyst
- Distinguish real-world exploitability from theoretical risk with clear, structured written reasoning
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in application, product, or software security
- Solid working knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and how vulnerabilities manifest in production systems
- Able to think critically about risk — separating genuine threats from noise
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain security reasoning clearly and systematically
- Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments
- Experience with penetration testing, secure code review, or bug bounty programs (nice to have)
