Summary: The Recruiting Coordinator for Early Talent Programmes will support high-impact early careers initiatives within a leading global organization. This role involves collaborating with Programme Managers, managing candidate communications, and coordinating various events and activities. The position is based in London and requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. The contract is for 6 months with an ASAP start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Programme Managers to deliver engaging early careers initiatives
- Supporting onboarding, development, and offboarding activities
- Managing communications with candidates and stakeholders
- Coordinating events, workshops, and office hours
- Tracking programme performance and supporting reporting cycles
- Contributing to a range of projects within a global team
Key Skills:
- 1+ years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR, administration, or similar
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel knowledge highly desirable – e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
