Summary: The Recruiting Solutions Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing operational performance within a recruitment solutions and talent technology platform for a purpose-driven organization. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management to ensure high-quality service delivery for clients and candidates. The position requires effective resource allocation, supplier management, and team leadership to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment or HR technology, with a focus on driving performance and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate allocation of associates and flexible resources across client projects
  • Monitor capacity and adjust deployment to balance utilisation, wellbeing, and service delivery
  • Partner with delivery teams to forecast demand and proactively plan for peak periods
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure timely onboarding, contracts, and system access
  • Oversee procurement of third-party attraction and advertising channels
  • Ensure purchasing remains cost-effective and within agreed budgets
  • Maintain accurate purchase order processes and tracking
  • Ensure client invoicing is raised accurately and promptly
  • Reconcile delivery activity against contracted services and third-party spend
  • Provide guidance and coaching to operational and client-facing teams
  • Support performance against KPIs and service standards
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Oversee first-line support for the candidate management platform
  • Ensure issues are resolved quickly and communication is proactive
  • Support successful platform implementations in partnership with technical teams
  • Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients

The Opportunity

This role sits within the leadership structure of the RPO function and plays a key part in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery for clients and candidates alike. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, ensuring resources are deployed effectively, processes run smoothly, and service standards remain high.
