Radio Frequency Test Engineer

Summary: The RF Test Engineer role in Slough involves supporting the testing and certification of advanced wireless products within a leading technology environment. The position requires executing RF test plans, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The engineer will engage with both customers and internal teams to facilitate successful product evaluations. This is a 12-month contract position requiring on-site work five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute RF test plans and analyze results for electronic and wireless products
• Work with complex lab equipment (spectrum analysers, signal generators, RF power etc.)
• Produce accurate test reports and support compliance to ETSI, FCC & ISED standards
• Engage with customers and internal teams to ensure successful product evaluation

Key Skills:

• Strong RF testing experience (radiated & conducted)
• Hands-on use of RF test equipment (spectrum/network analysers, signal generators)
• Knowledge of wireless technologies (e.g. 4G, WLAN, Bluetooth)
• Background in ISO 9000 / ISO 17025 environments

Salary (Rate): £38.00/hr
