Radio Frequency Test Engineer

Summary: The RF Test Engineer role in Slough involves executing RF test plans and analyzing results for electronic and wireless products within a leading technology environment. The position requires hands-on experience with RF test equipment and knowledge of wireless technologies, supporting compliance with industry standards. This is a 12-month contract requiring five days on-site work. The role emphasizes collaboration with customers and internal teams for successful product evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute RF test plans and analyse results for electronic and wireless products
• Work with complex lab equipment (spectrum analysers, signal generators, RF power etc.)
• Produce accurate test reports and support compliance to ETSI, FCC & ISED standards
• Engage with customers and internal teams to ensure successful product evaluation

Key Skills:

• Strong RF testing experience (radiated & conducted)
• Hands-on use of RF test equipment (spectrum/network analysers, signal generators)
• Knowledge of wireless technologies (e.g. 4G, WLAN, Bluetooth)
• Background in ISO 9000 / ISO 17025 environments
