Summary: The role of Project Manager – Business Continuity & Incident Management (BCIM) involves leading a high-profile Third Party Business Continuity and Exit Strategy workstream within a complex financial services environment. The successful candidate will engage with senior global stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making on critical resilience initiatives. This position requires strong expertise in operational resilience and the ability to simplify complex information for senior audiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate workshops with senior global stakeholders across business and functional teams
- Drive discussions, alignment, and decision-making relating to Business Continuity and Exit Strategy activities
- Act as a trusted SME across BCIM and Operational Resilience initiatives
- Support Third Party BCM and Exit Strategy activities across the wider programme
- Analyse and simplify complex operational, risk, and resilience data sets
- Translate complex risks, dependencies, and issues into practical and understandable outcomes
- Facilitate governance discussions and support decision arbitration where required
- Produce high-quality programme documentation including: Executive summaries, Workshop outputs, Decision papers, Presentation materials, Governance and action tracking
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across global teams
- Ensure risks, dependencies, and actions are appropriately managed and escalated
- Contribute to resilience framework uplift and remediation initiatives
