Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate workshops with senior global stakeholders across business and functional teams
  • Drive discussions, alignment, and decision-making relating to Business Continuity and Exit Strategy activities
  • Act as a trusted SME across BCIM and Operational Resilience initiatives
  • Support Third Party BCM and Exit Strategy activities across the wider programme
  • Analyse and simplify complex operational, risk, and resilience data sets
  • Translate complex risks, dependencies, and issues into practical and understandable outcomes
  • Facilitate governance discussions and support decision arbitration where required
  • Produce high-quality programme documentation including: Executive summaries, Workshop outputs, Decision papers, Presentation materials, Governance and action tracking
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across global teams
  • Ensure risks, dependencies, and actions are appropriately managed and escalated
  • Contribute to resilience framework uplift and remediation initiatives
