Summary: The Project Management Business Partner role at Airbus Broughton involves supporting the delivery of high-value CAPEX and construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Project Leaders to set up, manage and deliver projects in line with Airbus Project Management standards
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting and controls
  • Support budget management, cost tracking and financial follow-up
  • Lead and support risk and opportunity management, including mitigation planning
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects and professional service providers
  • Monitor and validate progress of professional service work packages and on-site works
  • Support milestone reviews, audits and compliance activities
  • Ensure projects meet safety, security, ethical and technical compliance requirements
  • Use appropriate project management tools and methodologies to support delivery

Key Skills:

  • Broad, hands-on project management experience, ideally within capital investment or construction environments
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams, including external contractors and professional service partners
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels
  • Sound understanding of risk, budget and schedule management
  • Experience within building and construction project management (desirable)
  • A structured, proactive and collaborative approach
  • Strong IT skills, with experience using tools such as SharePoint, MS Project or similar collaboration and planning tools
