Key Responsibilities:
- Lead programme and project management for the NFGN masterplan delivery
- Oversee and conclude viability reviews, supporting Members in understanding financial and strategic implications
- Shape and advise on preferred tenure mix and development strategy
- Procure and manage the Integrated Framework, ensuring delivery solutions for long-term resourcing and programme sustainability
- Assess Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) implications for leisure centre proposals in Ipswich and Felixstowe, including financial and strategic justification
- Prepare high-quality reports, agendas, and briefing papers for governance meetings (member and officer level)
- Take ownership of budget management and financial oversight for the NFGN programme
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Cabinet Members and leadership teams
- Provide regular strategic briefings and programme updates
Key Skills:
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Prince2 Practitioner (essential)
- Proven experience in programme management, regeneration projects, or local authority delivery
- Strong background in governance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement
