Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of public sector infrastructure and estates programmes, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality parameters are met.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO governance frameworks, reporting standards, and risk management processes.
  • Act as the key interface with government departments, agencies, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Work with the Head of PMO to allocate resources efficiently across the programme.
  • Identify and mitigate risks at a programme level, escalating where necessary.
  • Oversee programme reporting, working closely with the Data & Reporting Strategic Lead to track key performance indicators.

  • Proven experience in programme or project management in infrastructure, construction or the delivery of physical products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within a programme structure.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills both on Microsoft Teams and in a physical setting.
