An organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to join a Programme Delivery team within Transformation and Major Projects. This is an opportunity to be part of a flexible central pool of programme and project professionals dedicated to supporting major deliveries across a large portfolio.

What You’ll Do:
As a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in steering high-impact programmes towards successful delivery.

  • Programme Planning: Prepare and maintain the Programme Plan, with regular progress reports to ensure delivery remains on track.
  • Governance Leadership: Design and lead the programme’s governance arrangements, ensuring high-quality materials are produced for executive governance.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the programme budget, monitor expenditure, and ensure benefits are realised.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure the right skills and resources are allocated to individual workstreams for optimal performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products and services meet required standards for quality, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage communications with stakeholders and contribute to the Communications Plan.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues at programme level, working closely with key stakeholders to identify the best solutions.
  • Holistic Change Delivery: Oversee the delivery of business change, covering people, processes, and technology.
  • Programme Management Office: Manage an effective PMO and report regularly on programme progress.
