Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages token vault migration, network tokenisation integration, and PCI-DSS compliance across digital payment channels.
  • Plans and executes large-scale data migration from legacy card systems, ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manages payment scheme certification programmes, including test case execution, defect resolution, and go-live approval.
  • Orchestrates production cutover for large payment platform migrations, managing go/no-go decisions, rollback plans, and cross-team coordination.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in large-scale payment platform, card issuing, card acquiring, processor, or banking technology migration programmes.
  • UK payments market experience, ideally across banks, fintechs, processors, payment schemes, or regulated financial services organisations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of processor migration, tokenisation migration, data migration, scheme certification, and production cutover.
  • Experience managing high-risk delivery workstreams across technology, operations, product, compliance, and external vendor teams.
