Summary: We're seeking a Product Owner to spearhead the digital, CRM, and data initiatives that will enhance our Away from Home go-to-market strategy. This role involves being the primary business owner responsible for the design, delivery, and realization of commercial value from digital assets and Salesforce CRM. The Product Owner will also focus on automation, integration, and the effective use of data to drive customer engagement and decision-making. The position requires a strong background in consulting, product ownership, and commercial analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital & Website: lead generation, website transformation (design, functionality, content), social (LinkedIn), email marketing, loyalty (Heinz Verified).
- Salesforce CRM: lead scoring, lead/account/opportunity management, sales activity tracking, integrations to analytics/reporting.
- Mapping and segmentation: customer, segment, channel and territory alignment.
- Data & Analytics: integration and automation of internal and external data sources (eg Circana) to provide trusted data pipelines.
- Define product vision and roadmap; prioritise features by value, readiness and data availability.
- Translate business needs into outcome-based requirements and decide MVP vs future scope.
- Lead Steer-Co for CRM & Circana and provide timely business decisions to unblock delivery.
- Validate solutions with SMEs and ensure full team adoption post go-live.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years consulting/strategy, product ownership, or commercial analytics experience.
- Strong CRM & data literacy; experience with Salesforce, website & lead generation, and external data required.
- Familiarity with any of FMCG, foodservice/Away from Home dynamics, loyalty, and working with external data sources preferred.
- Outcome-focused, commercially minded, decisive with proven track record for delivering value in Sales & Commercial transformations.

You will be the single business owner accountable for designing, delivering and realising commercial value from digital assets, Salesforce CRM and external data (eg Circana).
This role owns automation, integration and the business use of digital assets and data to drive targeting, lead qualification, customer management, performance tracking and commercial decision-making.
