I'm currently supporting a global consumer technology platform with the hire of a Senior Product Designer to join a high-impact product team focused on user growth and engagement.
This role sits within a fast-moving, data-driven environment where design plays a central role in shaping experiences used by millions of people globally. The team is focused on designing products and incentive experiences that help users discover, start, and continue engaging with earning opportunities that fit their goals. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Research in a highly collaborative environment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of product design experience within consumer tech
- Has strong end-to-end UX/UI and interaction design skills
- Is highly proficient with Figma and prototyping tools
- Can independently lead projects from concept through launch
- Thinks strategically and can simplify complex workflows
- Is comfortable working in fast-paced product organisations
- Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
