Summary: The Process Engineer role is a 12-month contract position based in West Midlands, focusing on applying Lean Manufacturing and Design principles within an automotive OEM environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Application of Lean Manufacturing and Design principles.
- Attend programme meetings at all levels and present where applicable.
- Feasibility of designs to suit build requirements - Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Build process strategy for manufacturing.
- Planning, developing and implementation of all written Processes for manufacturing.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of and involvement in the product development phase.
- Understanding of IPS requirements & Lean Manufacturing.
- Relevant previous experience of Manufacturing/Engineering processes.
- Experience in the application of a logical approach to Problem Solving.
- Ability to deliver operational plans in a highly demanding environment.

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in West Midlands, who are looking for a Process Engineer to join their team.
Job Description
As Process Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Application of Lean Manufacturing and Design principles.
- Attend programme meetings at all levels and present where applicable.
