Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the formulation and production of agrochemical products.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in process engineering within industrial or manufacturing settings
  • Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, including process design and simulation tools
  • Hands-on experience with capital project execution and operational change management
  • Proficient in HSE risk assessment methodologies such as HAZOP and LOPA
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and support plant operations effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in agrochemical or specialty chemical manufacturing
  • Familiarity with batch processing operations
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DSEAR, COMAH, and PER
  • Progress towards or attainment of Chartered Engineer status (CEng)

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
  • At least 2 years of relevant industrial process engineering experience
  • Exposure to capital projects and continuous improvement programs within a manufacturing environment
