Summary: OSL Consulting Engineers is seeking experienced contract Process Engineers for short-term roles with potential extensions, focusing on the design and technical assurance of process systems for high-risk projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop process design packages including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment sizing, and line lists.
- Specify process equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, and relief systems.
- Perform hydraulic calculations, relief sizing, flare design, and dispersion analysis where applicable.
- Prepare process datasheets and technical specifications for procurement.

Providing services as a Process Design Engineer you will be responsible for the design, development, and technical assurance of process systems associated with hazardous, high-risk, and safety-critical projects. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and company safety management systems while delivering technically robust and cost-effective process solutions. Some key responsibilities for the role include developing process design packages including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment sizing, and line lists.
