Summary: The Power Platform Developer role requires a skilled individual to work part-time, focusing on advanced solutions using Microsoft 365 applications. The position is remote or hybrid, based in Mexico or Colombia, and involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes through the Microsoft Power Platform. The contract is initially for six months, with potential for renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledgeable in advanced solutions using Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams, Power BI)
  • Experts in SharePoint i.e. Help find lost files, needs a SharePoint site created, Create a power app with workflow etc
  • Has thorough knowledge of and hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and combines that with a solid understanding of different Microsoft 365 services.
  • Has strong process analysis skills and experience with redesigning processes using new and advanced technologies, and experience with end-to-end project delivery (from intake to successful delivery).
  • Technical requirements: lead the redesign of existing workflows for optimized performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements, providing strategic recommendations for business process improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business challenges, identify innovative technical solutions, and ensure successful technology integration through rigorous testing and comprehensive documentation.
  • Support cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of applications, leveraging extensive expertise to drive project success.
  • Would want to start with a 6-month contract, with an option to renew/extend after that point.
  • One thing they have now that they do not like is a guarantee to have the same engineer on each ticket.
