Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role involves developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while also managing RPA solutions and ensuring governance. Collaboration with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs is essential. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents.
- Build and manage RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows.
- Design Dataverse data models, business rules, and integrations.
- Implement Power Platform governance, including environment strategy and DLP policies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with Power Platform governance, RPA, and DLP policies.
- Knowledge of AI Builder/Power Platform AI capabilities and Power Platform licensing models.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
