Summary: The Power Platform Developer role requires hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for automating workflows and processes. The candidate should possess strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to design solutions for complex business processes. Additional experience with orchestration solutions and integration with Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Design solutions for complex business processes.
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Build orchestration-style solutions or reusable automation frameworks.
- Work with Dataverse, including data modeling and security concepts.
- Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Ensure designs meet user and stakeholder requirements.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven).
- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Proven ability to learn new development languages and frameworks.
- Clear communication skills.
- Experience with Dataverse and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Power Platform governance and ALM practices.
- Some business analysis experience.

Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint etc. Some BA experience, including ensuring designs and solutions meet user and stakeholder requirements.
