Summary: ASA Recruitment is seeking a Power Platform Developer for a Public Sector organization in Edinburgh. The role is hybrid and involves developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform components. The position is for an initial 12-month contract with a competitive daily rate, classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, including implementation, configuration, and customisation.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Perform data migrations, system integrations, and customisations to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Dynamics CRM 365 environments and Power Platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Stay informed of the latest Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform features and industry best practices.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience working with Power Platform solutions, specifically model-driven applications.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 architecture, configuration, and customisation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript, and scripting languages like PowerShell.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical and efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven delivery track record in an Agile environment.

ASA Recruitment’s client, a Public Sector organisation in Edinburgh, are currently looking to recruit a Power Platform Developer on a hybrid basis, for an initial 12 month contract (with potential extensions) on a rate c.£400-£500/day outside of IR35 (based on experience).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, including implementation, configuration, and customisation to meet unique business needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 including Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate business processes, streamline workflows, and enhance data insights.
  • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, including implementation, configuration, and customisation to meet unique business needs.
  • Perform data migrations, system integrations, and customisations to ensure a seamless flow of information and optimised functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both Dynamics CRM 365 environments and Power Platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse existing processes, and recommend the best-fit solutions.
