Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer (AVP) for an initial 6-month contract based in Canary Wharf, London. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying business applications using various Microsoft technologies while collaborating with business stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience with modern Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, M365, C#, and JavaScript
- Build and maintain plugins and custom components (PCF) for Power Apps
- Integrate applications with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, providing ongoing support to users
- Assist in supporting Legacy Lotus Notes applications
- Collaborate with SQL and Oracle DBAs, Infrastructure, Network, and Support teams across multiple locations
- Follow established change-management and release procedures, maintaining accurate change records
- Prepare documentation and contribute to development best practices
Key Skills:
- Proactive developer with hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong understanding of application development, system integration, and problem-solving
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, SQL, or Lotus Notes is advantageous
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
