Summary: The Pega Consultant (Marketing module) is responsible for developing and managing decision management strategies and communication flows related to customer renewals. This role requires significant technical expertise in Pega Marketing, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with various business units. The consultant will also oversee the testing and optimization of marketing campaigns to enhance renewal rates and customer interactions. A focus on data analysis and actionable insights is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specifies, builds, simulates and monitors decision management strategies and offer flows for Renewal communications.
- Manages service communication journeys related to mandate failure and valid address capture.
- Ensures all business requirements are understood and actioned accordingly.
- Manages the backlog of new demand, change requests, and defects for timely delivery.
- Translates Renewal Team business requirements into Pega Marketing strategies and data specifications.
- Performs logic testing, quality assurance, and business simulation.
- Manages a suite of Pega Marketing based reports, monitoring, and controls.
- Strives to optimize campaign effectiveness to drive up renewal rates.
- Ensures thorough end-to-end testing of all communications sent across all channels.
- Increases automation and accuracy while optimizing customer interaction results.

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
- Significant hands-on experience and technical knowledge of Decisioning/PEGA Marketing strategy building and offer creation and management / NBA functionality in PEGA Marketing or one of its predecessor systems (eg. Chordiant)
- Excellent influencing and communication skills to develop interfaces with other business units and departments
- Strong advocate of PEGA decisioning and associated capabilities
