Summary: The Partnerships Senior Account Manager will join the Motorsport Partnerships & Sponsorships team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, focusing on managing high-profile commercial partners and executing marketing activations throughout an international racing season. This role requires a candidate with experience in sports or motorsport sponsorships, who can lead strategic campaigns and ensure maximum value from partnerships. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and involves collaboration with global partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial partnership activations across marketing, communications, PR, experiential, and hospitality.
- Own partner relationships, including planning meetings, workshops, and senior stakeholder reviews.
- Develop and deliver partner marketing campaigns, working closely with PR & Communications teams.
- Oversee brand approvals processes and ensure compliance with partner agreements.
- Support the delivery of partner events and hospitality at races and external events.
- Track and manage annual rights and contractual deliverables for all partners.
- Measure, evaluate, and report on partnership performance.
- Manage activation budgets, rights fees, and invoicing.
- Coordinate partner assets including showcars, driver appearances, and senior leadership engagements.
- Maintain operational processes such as asset hubs and approval workflows.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in sports or motorsport sponsorship.
- Strong stakeholder and partner management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, PR, social media, or hospitality programmes.
- Strong financial planning and budget management capabilities.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and experience in a global sports or motorsport environment.
- Highly developed negotiation and relationship-building skills.
