Summary: The role of Paralegal is a temporary position based in Wrexham, requiring a motivated individual to join a small Legal Services team. The successful candidate will provide efficient legal support, manage legal correspondence, and assist with various legal documentation and projects. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced legal environment. The contract is for an initial period of three months, working full-time hours from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage legal inboxes, handle correspondence, enquiries, and general legal queries with sound judgement and timely resolution
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and gather/organise information for the team and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, assist on legal projects, and provide administrative support to the Legal Services Manager and senior stakeholders
- Liaise professionally with internal teams and external parties, drafting correspondence and reports as needed
