Summary: The role of OpenText CSA/OO Specialist involves designing and refactoring automation workflows within a complex infrastructure environment for a global enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, refactor, and implement OO workflows for VM lifecycle automation
- Adapt existing VMware-based workflows to integrate with HPE VM Essentials APIs
- Build and validate automation flows (create, modify, power, decommission VMs, storage/network updates)
- Ensure robust API integrations (REST, authentication, error handling)
- Deliver tested workflows, documentation, and validation evidence

Operations Orchestration (OO) Engineer - OpenText CSA
We are supporting a global enterprise looking for an experienced Operations Orchestration (OO) Engineer to design and refactor automation workflows within a complex infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, refactor, and implement OO workflows for VM lifecycle automation
Adapt existing VMware-based workflows to integrate with HPE VM Essentials APIs
Build and validate automation flows (create, modify, power, decommission VMs, storage/network updates)
Ensure robust API integrations (REST, authentication, error handling)

Required Experience:
