Summary: As an On-Set Digi at a leading studio in London, you will provide essential technical support to photographers and videographers during live shoots. Your responsibilities include quality assurance of produced assets, ensuring accurate naming and timely delivery to the retouching team. This role requires a strong technical background, particularly in troubleshooting and automation scripting. Candidates lacking sufficient technical experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to photographers and videographers during live shoots.
- QA produced assets, including color matching images to physical products.
- Ensure all generated assets are correctly named and delivered to the retouching team daily.
- Troubleshoot IT, photography, and video issues.
- Work through complex issues methodically and confidently.
- Understand basic code and troubleshoot related issues.
- Learn bespoke automation pipelines.
- Write or adapt automations using scripting languages like PowerShell and/or Python.

The Role
As an On-Set Digi (Digital Tech) for this leading studios in London, you will be there to provide technical support to multiple photographers and videographers during live shoots. You will also QA any produced assets including colour matching images to physical products, ensuring all generated assets are correctly named, and making sure these are delivered to the retouching team daily. Please note this is a Technical based Digi, not a Retouching role, so sadly if you don't have enough technical experience you won't be considered for this opportunity.
The Person
Proven and demonstrable experience troubleshooting IT / photography / video issues. Ability to confidently and methodically work through complex issues. Ability to understand basic code and troubleshoot code and script related issues. Desire to learn bespoke automation pipelines. Keen eye for detail, approachable and communicative. Experience writing or adapting automations using basic or advanced scripting e.g. PowerShell and/or Python etc. (preferred not essential).
