Summary: The Omnichannel Strategy Manager role at Uxbridge Atrium EMEA involves overseeing campaign planning and performance measurement while collaborating with brand teams to enhance omnichannel strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign planning and performance measurement.
- Collaboration with brand teams to identify process improvements.
- Design and implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Management of agencies, vendors, and project support teams.
- Coordination across multiple teams to prioritize business objectives.
- Project management and authoring of briefs and project requirement documents.
- Engagement in the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process.
- Optimization of customer engagement journeys.
